Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & APPOINTMENT POLICY Need to cancel or reschedule? No problem! Just give us at least 24 hours' notice, and your deposit will be fully refunded or credited toward a future service. Less than 24 hours' notice? Your deposit will be forfeited. NO SHOWS If you don't show up for your scheduled appointment and haven't contacted us, your deposit will be forfeited. Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and giving us notice allows another client the opportunity to enjoy that time. Thank you for respecting our time and supporting ROSHU Aesthetics.
